We believe in open communication and have an open-door policy for our residents and their families. Anytime a loved one or family member wants to talk to an Executive Director, Wellness Director or even a caregiver, they are available to speak with them. We are working together to provide our residents with the support and care they deserve. Communication is a key component in achieving this.

independent plus program
Renaissance Village Murrieta offers Independent Plus for independent residents, which adds additional support for residents. These residents wear a pendant, have two emergency pull cords in their room, and are checked in on throughout the day. If a resident is not feeling well, they also receive meal tray service and support from our care staff and nurse. Their body weight is checked on-going and we provide follow up assessments to ensure their overall well-being.
Should the Independent Plus resident need to begin care services, there is no need to relocate to a different floor or room.
