The afternoon features a lecture presented by Attorney Esther C. Wang. Her presentation is on Determining Mental Capacity in the Elderly. This lecture defines the legal definition of capacity. In addition, the lecture helps professionals determine whether their patient or resident has the mental capacity to make financial decisions. We also plan on examining two different case studies and taking questions on the subject.
Esther Wang is among the foremost experts in Elder Law. She is a contributing author of a National Legal Treatise. The intention of the piece is use as an encyclopedia for Attorneys. In addition, Esther taught several continuing education seminars and is a highly sought-after speaker on legal and medical topics.
