Apartment Amenities
We offer studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Our assisted senior living apartments all feature individual alert pendant tracking systems, two emergency call system devices, walk-in showers, cable, phone, Wi-Fi, Kitchenette, and weekly laundry and housekeeping services. In addition, most apartments also feature a semi-private or private patio. (Please also note that memory care apartments do not feature kitchenettes).
Renaissance Village Murrieta Apartments
Renaissance Village Murrieta is a three-story assisted living and memory care community located in Murrieta, California. The Colony Murrieta Homes (55+) and California Oaks Golf Course are adjacent from the community. In addition, residents are also just minutes from pharmacies, shopping, and historic downtown Murrieta.
Studio Apartments
Renaissance Village Murrieta offers four different studio floor plans. The Seville, Roma, Vicenza, and Toscana floor plans range in size from 323-360 ft2. Similarly to its sister location, Murrieta also offers studio apartments for memory care residents. There are three memory care floorplans. The Valencia is 297 ft2 and the Florence is 389 ft2. Lastly, the Campania is 240 ft2 with a 90 ft2 shared bathroom.
One-Bedroom Apartments
The Murrieta location has four different one-bedroom floor plans. These floor plans include the Sicilia, Milan, Palermo, and Siena, and range in size from 515 – 670 ft2.
Two-Bedroom Apartments
Renaissance Village Murrieta also has three different two-bedroom floor plans. These floor plans include the Barcelona, Calabria, and Salerno, and range in size from 695 – 821 ft2.
