Jeanette, Medical Technician at Renaissance Village Rancho Belago
We can never say enough good things about our team. With Jeanette Alfaro, Medical Technician, that’s no different. She’s been a wonderful addition to the team since she started a year ago.
In high school, Jeanette was in the health academy and wanted to go into the nursing field. She was also interested in hair because of her mother. As a senior in high school, Jeanette also studied cosmetology through R.O.P. Upon graduation, she also received her Cosmetology License.
She and her mother owned a salon for almost 10 years. Jeanette made the decision to go back to school to focus on nursing. She attended Career Current Institute with the goal of becoming a Licensed Vocational Nurse. She currently needs to take the test so she can get her license.
Pursuing Senior Living As A Medical Technician
Jeanette previously worked as a caregiver in the senior care industry. She loves working with the staff and shares that they all get along really well. Jeanette loves sharing the Renaissance Lifestyle with all the residents and gets attached. She sees them as family members and finds helping residents rewarding.
Jeanette and her husband, Jason married two years ago, but they’ve been together for 15 years. She shares he has a great personality and she enjoys his humor. Jeanette loves that he works hard to take care of their family. They have one son named Hamilton and he’s a year and a half. Jeanette loves being his mom and that he always her to hold and cuddle him. She enjoys teaching him new things and giving him opportunities to be adventurous.
When she’s not working, Jeanette enjoys taking drives with her husband. They both love spending time with her family. She also likes going to the beach and relaxing with her friends.
