Renaissance Village Rancho Belago: Teresa Martinez
Renaissance Village Rancho Belago is proud to announce Teresa Martinez as our July Employee of the Month! Teresa joined our team on August 3, 2015 and she has been an invaluable asset to housekeeping ever since. She is a very kind woman, dedicated to making our community sparkle.
Teresa enjoys working at Renaissance Village because all of the staff and residents are very nice and she loves being able to work so close to home. She is also very dedicated to God and her church. Teresa attends church frequently and enjoys going on retreats. She also loves spending time with her family and going on walks to nearby parks.
Teresa and her husband have three children, one son and two daughters. They also have five grandchildren ranging from six to nineteen years old.
Teresa is a fantastic addition to the Renaissance Village Rancho Belago team and we feel so blessed to work with her. Please join us in thanking her for the hard work she does and congratulating her on this achievement.
Renaissance Village Murrieta: Lanie Morilla
Lanie Morilla is always willing to offer a smile and a helping hand as Med Tech or Caregiver. She is hard working, conscientious and respectful of residents and co-workers alike.
Lanie grew up in the Philippines and attended the University of the Philippines, where she pursued a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. However, when she finished her schooling the nursing industry was booming and she went back to get a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She enjoys nursing because it allows her to help people right away, and she finds fulfillment in helping those in need.
Lanie and her husband, Irving were high school sweethearts and continued dating long-distance when his family migrated to the United States.
They stayed connected by phone and email for five years while he lived in California. When he returned, the two married. They celebrate their 14th wedding anniversary this August.
When Lanie is not working at Renaissance Village Murrieta, she spends time with her children. She has a 9-year-old girl, Ailaine and a 6-year-old boy, Aiziah. Her kids are her life and she enjoys taking them to the playground or community pool. Everything she does is for them and the love that she receives back makes everything worth it.
