Renaissance Village Murrieta: Jasmine Alexandre
June Employee of the Month, Jasmine Alexandre, shines her creative finesse and positive attitude throughout the kitchen at Renaissance Village Murrieta. Jasmine is passionate about her job and it shows in everything she does.
Jasmine began her culinary career at Le Cordon Bleu, where she learned to hone her skills in the art of cooking. She went on to work at Summit House Restaurant, a fine dining steakhouse in Fullerton. Prior to working at Renaissance Village Murrieta, she worked for Park Hyatt Resort Aviara in Carlsbad. Jasmine enjoys cooking for our residents because it’s a lot more meaningful and allows her to interact and get to know each of them.
Aside from her culinary endeavors, Jasmine is currently studying environmental engineering at Mt. San Jacinto College. She hopes to be able to one
day combine her love of cooking and environmental engineering. When she’s not working, she likes to spend time with her family, take her two dachshund chihuahuas to the beach and travel. Jasmine has her heart set on Jamaica for her next trip. She also enjoys singing and dancing.
Renaissance Village Rancho Belago: Marlita Hughes
Compassionate, caring and team-player are just a few words that describe Marlita Hughes. Marlita, our June Employee of the Month, is a Caregiver at Renaissance Village Rancho Belago, a position that she was most certainly born to do.
Caregiving comes naturally to Marlita. She goes above and beyond when it comes to caring for our residents. The care she provides is instinctive, and consistent and she’s great about anticipating the needs of our residents. This attention to detail does not go unnoticed by our residents, they recognize her passion and appreciate the care she provides. Residents even notice when she’s
off and miss her when she’s not here.
Marlita was born in the Philippines, and prior to working as a Caregiver and Med Tech with us, she worked as a Certified Nurse Assistant at Airforce Village. She has a loving heart and is family-oriented. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and
daughter, Kimberly. Marlita also likes to go hiking by Lake Perris, and she also has an extraordinary talent in creating gorgeous flower arrangements.
