May’s Employees of the Month
Renaissance Village Rancho Belago: Angela Randall
Angela Randall is the beloved concierge at Renaissance Village Rancho Belago. She’s quick to offer a smile and ensure visitors and residents alike feel welcomed and at home. Angela grew up as the oldest of three kids, and she has two brothers.
Angela was exposed to the world of running a business early on, as she watched her mother, Maria run several grocery stores. She’s also worked in the laundry, the kitchen and reception, which taught her the importance of good customer service, and is apparent in work ethic today. Our residents also look forward to the special quotes she writes on her whiteboard each day, and she enjoys seeing their smiles as they read them. In addition, Angela goes above and beyond to make sure that residents are happy.
Growing up she loved playing softball and it even earned her a scholarship for college. She played on
travel teams and also played in Columbia. In college, she studied computer programming. Angela has been married to her husband, Aaron for 10 years, and together they have two sons, Isaiah and Noah. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing softball and writing poetry.
Renaissance Village Murrieta: Luigi Apolinar
Luigi Apolinar is a hardworking and respectful Med Tech that is loved by all the residents here at Renaissance Village Murrieta.
Luigi grew up in the Philippines and originally had a dream of becoming a pro basketball player. When he got to University, he switched to the medical field and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. A field he pursued because of his love for helping people.
In 2008, he and his family moved to the United States. He is the youngest of four children, and he has one sister and two brothers. Also, family is special to him and he spends as much time as he can with his wife and family.
Luigi gained plenty of experience, as he worked for seven years as a caregiver. He took every opportunity to learn from those he worked with and is always ready to share his knowledge with others. He’s excited to learn more as he works with Renaissance Village and aid in providing our residents with the highest grade of care.
In conclusion, Angela and Luigi, you’re doing a great job! We truly appreciate your hard work and your dedication to our residents. Congratulations on receiving Employee of the Month for May!
