Each resident has a story, and certain behaviors may be the result of their memories. Taking the time to make connections and get to know residents, allows you to understand and help redirect them in a non-disruptive way.
The activities we provide are a key part of engaging residents and creating stimulation for them throughout the day. We go to great lengths to make them feel comfortable in their new home. By doing so, it keeps residents safe and allows them to be who they are, which also keeps them happy.
