Renaissance Village Rancho Belago Easter Brunch
Renaissance Village Rancho Belago held their annual Easter Brunch and Egg Hunt took on Sunday, April 16. Residents and their family and friends enjoyed a brunch menu made by Chef Arlene Herrera and her kitchen staff. They had a spread of grilled lemon butter salmon, carving ham, an omelet station, deviled eggs, French toast, mashed potatoes and gravy, assorted pastries, carrot cake and more.
Each table was covered with Easter grass and many brightly colored roses and Easter eggs. As a result, residents enjoyed food and conversation in the Dining Room, Tony Dettore sang live music. He sang a variety of songs for the occasion.
In conclusion, after Brunch was served, all the grandkids were ready for our Easter Egg Hunt. It was exciting to see the joy on the kid’s faces as they ran around our living room and library in search of all the candy-fille
Renaissance Village Murrieta’s Easter Brunch
Renaissance Village Murrieta held its first Easter Brunch for the Easter holiday.
Residents, families, and friends were invited to enjoy a great, buffet-style brunch. Each resident had a table saved for themselves and their guests. All of which were decorated with pieces of flowers, fruits, and carrots.
During brunch, families dined on foods prepared by Chef Olivier Brien and the kitchen staff. The spread included prime rib, pineapple glazed ham, and shrimp cocktails. Even plates like Eggs Benedict, omelets, mashed sweet potatoes, and green bean casseroles. In addition, various intricately decorated, sweet desserts.
We loved hearing the hum of conversations filling the dining room as each resident and their families shared their meals. In addition, guests
also enjoyed live music on the harp by Joanne Mell.
Residents and their families also had the chance to take a family portrait with our Easter backdrop. Therefore, provided them with a nice keepsake from the day.
In conclusion, thank you to all of our families and friends who came to Easter Brunch at Renaissance Village Rancho Belago and Murrieta. It was a real joy having you with us!
