Renaissance Village Murrieta welcomes Chef Olivier Brien to the team. Brien brings a wide variety of expertise to our community with over 27 years of experience as a chef. He’s worked in every avenue of the kitchen from a server to sous chef!
A Dream Born in France
Brien began his career in his home country of France. He also worked with food in Switzerland, London and throughout the United States. He worked in 5-star hotels, independently owned and corporate restaurants. This involved food for gastronomies and brasseries restaurants, banquets and room service. He also offers different cuisines and dietary foods.
In addition to his experience in the hotel and restaurants, Brien also worked in various hospitals. He has made full menus for low-carb, low-sodium and low-fat needs.
