Continental East Development - Renaissance Village Murrieta
Continental East Development (CED), the parent company of Renaissance Villages Inc. (RV Inc.), is developing the next their next community – Renaissance Village Murrieta. After our successful launch of Renaissance Village Rancho Belago in October 2014, CED began work preparing their next project
This project features both Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Renaissance Village Murrieta will also feature a Transitional Care Skilled Nursing Component. In addition, this includes the third level of care with 24-hour on-call RN’s providing rehab services. This service is available to those still recovering from illness or injury and cannot yet return home.
Across the street from Renaissance Village Murrieta is The Colony. The Colony is an independent living master planned senior community of 2,500 homes that includes a public golf course. In addition, this ideal location serves Murrieta’s growing need for Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Transitional Care.
Community Features
Renaissance Village Murrieta will feature 98 Assisted Living and 42 Memory Care apartments. In addition, the Renaissance Lifestyle, which we came to know and love is a huge component of this new community. The community will also feature familiar programs and amenities and new ones.
