Additionally, on-site construction is now 90 percent complete with vertical construction! Starting with graming, which begins in January. Renaissance Village Rancho Belago remains on schedule for its 1st occupancy in September 2014. Furthermore, under CED‘s expert management, development is on track and under budget. This is exciting news and we recognize the hard work our entire team in moving this project forward.
